Refunds & Exchanges
Because all engraving services are custom work performed to customer specifications, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued once production has begun.
Refunds or order cancellations may only be granted in the following limited situations:
- Production has not started — The order has not yet been personalized, engraved, processed, or shipped.
- HTA engraving error — The engraved information does not match the exact information submitted by the customer on the engraving request form.
HTA is not responsible for errors in spelling, punctuation, capitalization, abbreviations, or formatting that were provided by the customer on the engraving request form. Work completed using customer-provided information is considered fulfilled as ordered.
ATF / NFA Compliance Notice
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the engraving information they provide meets all BATFE requirements for NFA firearms, including required name, city, state, and formatting requirements.
HTA provides engraving services based strictly on the information submitted by the customer and does not guarantee that the submitted text complies with ATF regulations. Customers should verify all information before submitting their order.
HTA is not liable for rejected NFA paperwork, ATF compliance issues, or legal requirements resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Design & Order Policy
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that all information provided on the engraving request form is accurate, complete, and correctly formatted before submitting their order.
Engraving Process
All engraving text will be copied exactly as submitted from the customer’s engraving request form into the HTA engraving template. This includes:
- Spelling
- Capitalization
- Punctuation
- Abbreviations
- Formatting
HTA will engrave the information exactly as provided unless clarification is required.
If clarification is needed, HTA may contact the customer prior to engraving. Failure to respond in a timely manner may delay order completion.
Policy Changes
HTA reserves the right to update, modify, or change these policies at any time without prior notice.
